The Directorate of Establishment Matters oversees and manages the personnel of the University, including the recruitment, placement, training, discipline and welfare issues. The Establishment Matters Division coordinates personnel issues and the Human Resources Division coordinates training and other welfare related matters. The Pension and welfare Unit coordinates and processes the payment of retirement benefits of all retired staff, academic, non-teaching and junior. The Housing Unit handles the allocation of staff housing and renovation of all University houses on both Campuses.
